How do I change address on my account/ contract after moving house please?

      Thank you for getting in touch. 

       

      As ​@Geluk has advised, you can update your details via the iD Mobile app. 

      1. Log-in to My Account Online.
      2. Tap ‘View your plans’
      3. Tap the green pencil for the plan you’d like to edit.
      4. Tap on the green pencil in the ‘Billing address’ section.
      5. Input your new address details. Tap ‘Save’.
