I’m sorry for the confusion I appreciate wanting to keep your old iD Mobile number.

Just to clarify how this works:

You can’t use a PAC to move a number internally within iD Mobile. A PAC is only used to transfer your number from iD Mobile to another network.

📱 What this means for your situation

• If your old iD Mobile number is no longer on an active account, it can’t be simply “restored” onto a new SIM
• iD Mobile doesn’t support internal number transfers using PACs

✔️ Your options

• If you want that old number back with iD Mobile, the only possible route is:
• Upgrade the previous plan is the account is still active. 

Otherwise:

• You would need to set up a new number on a new plan

⚠️ Important note

If the old account/number has already been closed for some time, it may no longer be recoverable.
