i just signed up for an id mobile 24 month contract with an iphone 13 but i cant get on with phone and was wonder if I can change to a samsung phone?

Unfortunately ​@Limara161212, iD Mobile don’t provide a post-order phone exchange option. 

Probably best to return your iPhone 13 order to iD, during the contract cooling-off period.

      We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your new handset. 

      As ​@andewhite has advised, we are not able to swap out the handset but if you wish to return the iPhone and place the order for a Samsung, that can be arranged.
