Hey there
You will need to ensure your bill cap is high enough to allow charges to go through via the iD Mobile app/website. You can find out the costs of these here:
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges
You will also need to ensure “International” features are enabled via the iD Mobile website/app.
