How can I claim compensation for not been able to make.or receive calls all day due to network outage.

You won’t be getting any compensation. Wondering why? Read the T&C’s.

However, if THREE mobile were forced to compensate their customers for such outages, they might not happen as frequently.

Hi ​@NBQ  we appreciate it is frustrating when things don’t work as they should. Our team at Three worked as quick as they could to get everything up and running again. Compensation won’t be offered at this time.
