Hi is there no contact for ID now? It used to be 7777 but it doesn’t seem to be working.

    There was an earlier issue with the iD telephone services, for some customers today, ​@Shabishop. 

    Apparently, it has been resolved.

    hi thank you for your email. I am assuming that you are having problems with people contacting you on the 7777 . I tried numerous times to call is this fixed now please

    I phone at number yesterday took ages to talk to someone about my order
