convert to old sim number

Hi i just got the new sim from you and when i ordered it i choose to keep my old number 

And the date i gave you was 14 to convert to my old number i gave you the pac code at that time but by now its not been changed

    Did you receive a confirmation back from IDMobile about your number porting on the 14th?

    Check junk/spam folders for emails from IDMobile. Just because you gave that date for port does not mean you'll get your number ported. There is always some kind of confirmation as dates aren't always available etc.
