Data Rollover not working since new app

I have 5gb a month, I rolled over 3 from last month totalling 8 gb, I have used 5gb this month but the 3gb i rolled over isn’t working since the new app update. It is showing 0gb of 5gb remaining instead of 3gb of 8gb remaining. Where has the data gone, I also can’t find a setting to turn data rollover on or off in the new app

Firstly, we’re aware of some customers allowances showing incorrectly on the new app/website, and we’re working to resolve this ASAP.

 

Secondly, have you changed plan or anything at all recently?

I haven’t changed plans. I’m in my new billing period anyway so it doesn’t matter anymore

Hi,

 

Sorry to resurrect this thread but I appear to be having the same problem, my bill says I've rolled over 20gb which means 20gb(currently monthly) + 20gb (rollover) = 40gb total but my app is showing I've used 17gb out of 20gb (instead of out of 40gb)

 

Is this issue still ongoing with the app not reporting correctly?

Have you recently changed your plan or upgraded?

I would also advise logging into the website to see if that shows something different.

I've had a 1.5gbp plan for ages. I was given 500mb complimentary every month as well. This data was getting rolled over prior to the app update .

 

Now I can only see 1.5gb data. The extra 500mb is gone.  And nothing is getting rolled over! Where do I see rollover on the app? I have made no plan changes. 

 

Can you please fix?
