Hi, Please could someone assist me. I am trying to contact ID mobile about the removal of a default. I cant seem to find anywhere to contact with my query.

they are very difficult to get in touch with id mobile my phone is broken I want to upgrade but is so difficult

Ive found that out over the past 2 days Im going round in circles. 

Im hoping I can sort this out with ID without having to make a complaint to the ombudsman.

I have contact with them just checking when I can upgrade but it’s so hard very very poor customer care

I have tried both and they are asking for my contract details. I dont have them but I know IF ever I get to talk to someone they will be able to find my default with my name and address. Why is this so cloak and dagger. I have a default which I owe £0. I would like to talk to someone to discuss getting this removed from my credit file as its stopping me from re mortgaging. I have 7 months to re mortgage or I loose my home.  The only other way I can go about this is raising a complaint to the Ombudsman. I have never come across this with any other company Ive dealt with in my life time.

In order for us to check out the contract and the default, we would need to pass security via all our customer service platforms, and would need the correct information from yourself.
