delay in receiving text messages


I have been having issues with receiving text messages. It happened earlier in the week and I thought it was a one off. I've now just received a substantial amount of work messages that were sent as early as Tuesday. Anyone else having issues?

Been having the same issue, reset the network and it worked for a day and has now stopped receiving texts again

I seen to do that when I Googled for help but that hasn't sorted yours?

Some are coming through okay think I've received about 5 today which I've replied to all fine so it can't be the network or coverage

It sorted it for about 1 day and now I haven't received any again today despite being told I've been sent at least 3 from my partner today

Either turn your phone off and on or perform a manual roam under network selection. Pick another network and then do it again but pick iD this time.

We’ve recently had issues with some customers receiving text messages, or delay in receiving them, which as a whole has now been resolved.

 

How long have you both had this issue please, so I can see if it’s in-line with the issue we had on-going?

 

Or has the issue been resolved now for you guys?

Hi Tyler, seemed to start Sunday or Monday and ran through at least until late Thursday
