Details dont match our records


hi there 

just joined iD mobile today, got my sim through the post. the sim is active i can receive and send texts but when it comes to logging into my account and it asks for my number, second name and date of birth it says the details are incorrect, looking through the website i can see this is a common problem, is there anyway to sort this ?

i have tried the live chat but that isnt the best, also messaged on facebook still waiting for a reply and it also past 6pm and the operators are shut at this time on the weekend.

Hi Tyler 

No they haven't resolved the issue, live chat said they would be in touch in the next 48hrs at the time it's been over a week now and still no further forward. 

Facebook said they have updated the technical team and will let me know when they have an answer.

I'm still unable to log into my account.

Lost my id mobile account so redownloaded but now says my details don't match there records.
