just joined iD mobile today, got my sim through the post. the sim is active i can receive and send texts but when it comes to logging into my account and it asks for my number, second name and date of birth it says the details are incorrect, looking through the website i can see this is a common problem, is there anyway to sort this ?
i have tried the live chat but that isnt the best, also messaged on facebook still waiting for a reply and it also past 6pm and the operators are shut at this time on the weekend.
