Didn’t change my plan

Bit of a weird one, so it completely slipped my mind that I was ready for an upgrade 10 months ago, I got an email telling me but I’m guilty of not clicking onto it and reading, so I didn’t change my plan to sim only or upgrade, so therefore I’ve been paying the full package (as if I’m still paying for the phone rather than just the sim) for the past 10 months. Do I have a leg to stand on for a refund?

Unfortunately not. It is your responsibility to make any changes to your contract not iD’s. They email you to remind you and then it’s upto you.

Hello @Kirstykls

Thanks for posting.

We are very sorry to hear you missed the email. We do send these in order to prompt our customers to let us know what option they wish to take once their contract expires.

If we are not notified, the plan will continue to be charged as normal.

Thanks,

Natalie
