My phone will not work

Does anyone know why my phone will not work whilst i am in Porrtugal. i have checked and roaming is on.

Sorry I cannot offer help but empathy I will be going to Portugal too soon so I’m very interested in what solutions you can find , maybe it will be helpful to me.
do you have no service at all, despite having roaming on? Is your sim compatible etc? Do you have eSIM? These are questions I hope very much you get answers and solutions for Goodingt

all sorted now. I reset the network settings and it is now ok with 5G. Thanks for the support.
