downloadi g esim with maya mobile

Hi. I am trying to download a temporary esim from maya mobile for an upcoming trip. I have samsung galaxy s23 fe basic. My id sim card Is a physical  one.. the add esim card function does not open

There wouldn’t be anything on our side blocking support to add another network’s eSIM, we’d recommend contacting Samsung directly for support.
