Dual Sim + PAC

Happy New Year and hope you can help.  Just started with iD and have an iD number.  I would like to keep my old number and received a PAC.  Can I transfer over my old number (via PAC) and still retain my new number?  I understand my Google Pixel 8a can use dual sims.
