duplicate account

my name is Joseph Wolfe and I have been trying for the last two years to get into my IRS account. I’ve gotten letters in the IRS and they want me to log into my account and do things I need to do in there, but I cannot someone fraudulently set this account up. This ID got me account up to begin with. I’ve been over this with you and over this with you and over this with you. I need this fixed so I can get into my IRS account. This is my account it is not the person that originally set it up
