Four of us in the house with iD mobile, none if us received the alarm.

It must be an issue with ID Mobile rather than the phone then I guess? What do you think?

I’m the one one on iD and mine hasn’t gone off. Everyone else’s in the house has. I think it’s a network thing. 

3 off us with ID and alarm did not go off!!!

I didn't get the emergency alert on my phone either. Other family members (on O2 and Vodafone) received the alert without issue.

We didn't get one on our ID mobile but did. On another network 

Same, phone is up to date and notifications for emergency alerts are set to yes but didn't get anything. My ancient work mobile on EE received it though. What's the crack ID?

Checked all my settings and emergency alerts switched on. Still no alert received by 15:30. My husband in the same room is with Vodafone and he did get the alert at 15:01.

Our (wife and myself and 2 friends all with ID) emergency alert didn't go off, all 4 phone are set to receive them, can only think it's ID mobile not forwarding the message! 

All of us here are with SMARTY and all of our devices got the alert. In fact, I got two as I am a dual SIM user (SMARTY / Lyca Mobile). Odd that none of you got the alert as SMARTY and iD Mobile both use the Three network to deliver their services.

The Emergency Alert Service uses Cell Broadcast - you have to be connected to a mobile cell tower, won't come through Wi-Fi. Did you all have cell signal at the time?

Yep, had cell signal and emergency alerts turned on. Seems to be an ID mobile specific issue...

4 of us on id didn't get the notification! 

We had the same problem. Hope ID Mobile can investigate the fault and let us all know.

My daughter and I on iD didn’t get it either!

Seems IDmobile have acknowledged the issue

Didn't get it as well!! my mates sat around me got it. Gift gaff and voxi.

All the responses have been from people on iD who didn't get the alert. Are there any on iD who can confirm it did work for them?
