I have upgraded my phone on Saturday, and accidentally ordered an e SIM. My new phone won't arrive until Wednesday and I can't use my phone now as it says I have no network and all I get is emergency calls only. Can't find any answers on the awful chat bot and literally want to speak to someone. Fed up with the whole set up

In terms of our live-chat, if you wish to speak to an agent, you will need to type “Speak to an agent”. The live-chat bot is simply at the start of each conversation.
If you urgently need a new SIM card, you can collect one from any Currys store and then activate it via the iD Mobile app/website when logged in, or contact us to do so for you.
