Esim

I am still in contract with my normal sim. Can I use any network for Esim whilst in America for 2 weeks? Or do I have to buy one off iD and use their network?

Thanks 😊

If you’ve got a dual-SIM phone, which is network unlocked, you’re free to use another service provider’s SIM/eSIM alongside your iD SIM, @Adele Cummiskey

When I’ve visited the USA, I’ve used a non-ID data-only eSIM (with a travel plan for the USA) alongside my UK SIM.

Yes you can use any eSIM doesn’t have to be iD.

You could also consider purchasing a Roam Beyond add on from iD so you can use your existing iD SIM.
