Hi ​@Nureenimam ,

 

You can transfer your eSIM to your new iPhone by following these steps:

-On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM

-Choose Transfer from nearby iPhone (if available) or Use QR code

-Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer
 

If you can’t see the transfer option, please log in to the iD Mobile app and request a replacement eSIM, or contact us and we can help activate it for you.

Hello, is there any plans for id to do the esim for apple watch? Id rather stay with yourselves if there is.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

At the moment, iD Mobile doesn't support eSIMs for smartwatches, including the Apple Watch, and we don't have any information on if or when this may become available.

 

If you're looking to use an Apple Watch without cellular support, Apple also offers GPS-only models, which connect to your iPhone via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, so there's no need for a separate SIM or eSIM.
