Hello,

 

I received the eSIM QR code by email, but when I try to install it on my phone, it says that the QR code has already been used. However, I cannot see any eSIM installed on my phone, and my phone number is no longer working.

 

Could you please help me urgently? I need my phone number restored and I may require a new eSIM QR code if the current one has become invalid.
