esim ordered


Hi, it's been over a week and I've had no contact regarding my esim request... How do I get an update... Or how do I request again because it doesn't give me the option

Where is it you’ve requested an eSIM? In the app?

 

Are you sure the email address in the iD Mobile app is the correct one? Have you checked spam/junk?

Hi yes it's the correct email Ive double checked and all inboxes to. I received a text but super quiet since then. How long do I wait?
