Esim solution anytime soon?

Is ID Mobile at least considering to introduce pairing Esim for smart watches in the near future? 

If not then I am considering moving my three lines by the end of contract and I know so many like me.

As you dont really inform or warn people that this option is not available if they would like to add it after.
