Faulty messaging and phone calls

I can send and receive emails and use WhatsApp but I cannot send or receive calls or texts from my contacts.

@Chris Dingwall Are you accessing website and WhatsApp via Wi-Fi or via your data plan?

If you able to access the Web via your phone's mobile data it's highly likely that there's a network issues in your area.

Have a look here by entering your postal.area effect with issues to see if there's ongoing work or may fault reported.
