I already have a phone with you and would like a other one how do I go about getting to in the same name

    Thank you for your message.

     

    You can absolutely have a second contract with us. To do this, you'll need to purchase the new phone and plan separately. When placing the order, please make sure you use the same personal details that are registered on your existing account, including your name, address, and date of birth.

     

    Once the new contract has been activated, you can then link it to your existing iD Mobile online account so that both services can be managed under the same profile.
