Hi, I have recently purchased a Google Pixel 8a on contract. Went through the number switch and was told it was all good to go. But, the number is unknown under that SIM slot and is not making, or receiving calls. Been onto the chat several times, picked up a new SIM card as requested etc. still no good. Although we have mobile data and can send/receive text messages. the ID mobile guys don't seem to have a clue and so I am left in the lurch. Do I just return the phone and cancel?. Anybody had similar issues and resolved them ?
