Hi i have 2 phones on contract,one of the phone camera is nlt working

Hi

I have problems 

I took 2 phone for contract 

One of them have broken camera.

I just would like you to let you know is not damaged because of my fault 

Not dropping the phone.

Just when i try mske a photo is some problems,I try fixed but can't

    Thank you for letting us know. I’m sorry to hear that one of the phones has an issue with the camera, I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it hasn’t been damaged or dropped.

    If the camera fault appeared without any physical damage and you’re still within the 14-day return period, the phone can usually be returned or replaced as faulty. If it’s outside the 14 days, it would be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we can help guide you through the repair or replacement process.
