There are a couple of ways to check how much data you're using each month.

You can view your usage on your monthly itemised bill, which will show how much data has been used during the billing period.

Alternatively, most smartphones have a built-in data usage tracker:

For iPhone:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Mobile Data (or Cellular).
3. Scroll down to Current Period to see how much mobile data has been used.

Please note that iPhones don't automatically reset this figure each month, so you may need to reset the statistics at the start of your billing cycle for an accurate monthly total.

For Android:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Network & Internet (this may vary slightly depending on the device).
3. Select SIMs or Mobile Network.
4. Tap Data Usage.

Here you'll be able to see your mobile data usage and, on many Android devices, set your billing cycle dates to track usage month by month.
