How can a E-sim be re- installed?

hi I cant see my e-SIM anymore on the phone. How can I reinstall it?

Hi ​@AKLondon ,

I am sorry but you cannot reinstall a deleted eSim. You can request a new one on the ID mobile app by following these steps:
 

  1. Open the iD Mobile App: and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the "Plan" section.
  3. Scroll down to "SIM & phone management" and tap it.
  4. Select "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM".
  5. Tap "Get a replacement eSIM".
  6. Confirm your billing email address .
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions and select "Yes, I want a new eSIM" to confirm.
