How do i cancel when nothing works

I need to cancel a sim only plan that I took out just a few days ago. live chat isnt working and it wont let me sign in to my account either. It's like the system knowns and it wont let me leave. I'm getting rather frustrated and I'm already dealing with a lot at the moment.

How can I get this cancelled and before I run out of time?
