how do i contact customer service?

ordered a phone from ID for my husband, they tried to deliver when we were out (our fault not theirs). It got returned to ID. Spoke to cust serv via online chat and was told they would send it straight out again and we would get an email from DPD, not heard a thing from DPD and now got an email from ID saying 'sorry you are leaving us' and charging £29.99???!!!!!!

now unable to find live chat again.

My phone wont dial out as it is asking for my capped limit to be changed , but my account is in credit and my bills are all paid,

My text allowance is “ unlimited “ but my account shows  “  -1/1000   - and I rarely use texts    why is this ?

Your service is a total joke. I can't get any service at home. Crap internet. And £70 bill for a £24 price plan. 

 

I want to leave your network. I need to speak to someone and not AI. This is a disgrace I've been trying for days to get through to someone.

Hi ​@Rockinrobin29. It looks like the number you’re trying to call may not be included in your plan, which is why the system is asking for your bill cap to be increased. Even if your account is in credit, calls to chargeable services require a higher cap.
