ordered a phone from ID for my husband, they tried to deliver when we were out (our fault not theirs). It got returned to ID. Spoke to cust serv via online chat and was told they would send it straight out again and we would get an email from DPD, not heard a thing from DPD and now got an email from ID saying 'sorry you are leaving us' and charging £29.99???!!!!!!now unable to find live chat again.
