Hi! Hoping someone can help. I'd like to get a recording of a phone call I had recently with a work collegue, due to potentially needing to use it as evidence in future as a result of ongoing issues, just to briefly explain.
I've never done this before but because ID don't have a help email/a customer service team other than the chat bot, can anyone else tell me what the process is please?
Can I access call recordings through my device another way? Even a transcript of the call would be useful if nothing else.
