How do I know when my contract ends?

I can't see anywhere in the app or on my online account when my contract will end. Can you please direct me to this information? 

Also, I am paying this on a public forum, but it is specific to my account, how do I contact ID directly about my specific account?

    Your contract end date isn't currently displayed in the iD Mobile app or your online account.
