My 24 month contract ends on 25/10/25. I will move to a Sim only plan and I have found a deal which will still keep me on iD mobile as my service provider. The new plan is not advertised on iD mobiles website as it is an offer via MoneySavingExpert website but deal ends on 26/10/2025.. By my reckoning I can inform you on 25/9/2025 ( 30 days ) of my intention not to continue my current plan.If I stay with iD mobile I expect I don’t need to receive a new Sim card and If I sign up for the mentioned new Sim only deal does it automatically commence without the requirement to contact you to cancel my 24 month contract 29 days early ?

Hi @Adam BarrIf you purchase a new plan and choose to stay with iD Mobile, you would need to perform a triangle port method to keep your number as we don’t offer internal migrations within the same network.If you upgrade, it would be a straight forward process and you wouldn’t require a new SIM.
