Since moving to ID I haven’t been able to make phone calls or send/receive texts. I want to switch to a new network but can’t send the text for my PAC code. How do I do this?

Would you like us to investigate the calls/texting issue, or are you set on leaving?
If you are in the returns period, you’ll need to contact us to set up a return and send you a PAC code, otherwise, you’d be charged the termination fee:
