How to cancel contract with no sim or online account.

How do I cancel my contract, if I have lost my sim, never used it and don't have an online account for this phone number. I do have an active account for a different plan but want to cancel this one.

If you have’t got an online account you need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Jenih 

The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​​​​​
