How to change start date of number transfer after submitting PAc cide

Yesterday I subscribed to IDMobile and submitted my PAC code for my existing number to be ported across. I was given a date of the 15th January for this. I want to change this to the 25th January. How do I do it. The Live Chat feature in the website gets me nowhere nor does ringing the help numbers given. Can it be done through here using this as my request therefor?

Thanks. I persevered through the chat service. Not that easy to reach a human but I got there and the lady who handled my query did so efficiently, pleasantly and successfully.

No answer yet but digging around I see others have not had an easy time making contact. Phone numbers are provided but the automation is such that you don’t get through to anybody. The Live Chat goes round in circles. It does not answer the question. It seems I can’t email either. My only hope is someone from ID Mobile reads these pages!

Hi @rhlangdon

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the community.

We are very sorry to hear you are having issues contacting the team.

The quickest way to have this looked in to would be to speak to the Live Chat team.

We appreciate you have previously attempted to contact the team but if you enter ‘speak to adviser’ on the chat, this will bypass the automated portion of the chat.

You can access the Live Chat feature here

Thanks,

Nat
