How to view call billing information?

I have an idMobile PAYGO account.  I am trying to see how I have spent my credit over the past few months but I can’t see how to find this information.

 

I can log in on-line successfully but I can’t see anything about ‘billing’ or some such.

 

I’m sure it must be somewhere! …. but where?

It would probably work except that currently the idMobile app says “Unable to connect to idMobile”.  I’ll try again later today.

Unfortunately these details are not available in your account.
Your usage is shown in detail in the PDF copy of your monthly iD Mobile bill. You can access and download the bills from your iD online account for the last 12 months.

 You can access and download the bills from your iD online account for the last 12 months.

 

Well, it would help if I could find how to do it!  That’s why I asked the question, I can’t find where to download the bills!

Aha! Thank you.  It does work when I go on-line from my laptop.   I have to say it isn’t obvious that one should go to ‘top-ups’ to find what you’ve spent but the information is there.  I’ll try and remember where it is the next time I want to see where my money went! :-)

You can download bills on-line:-
Login to your account
Click on ‘Bills’ at the to of the page
Click on ‘View previous bills’
It will list the bills available and just click on the ‘Download as PDF’

Just be mindful with how the online account download file presents the bill(s) compared to the app.

The online method shows the wrong month on the file name but the bill is the correct month - unless they’ve fixed it recently….?

@Daz_S I’ve just download this months bill on-line and it was labelled ‘Feb 2025’ so it is working with my account 👍🏻.
Although I did use the link in the iD Mobile ‘Your monthly bill is ready’ link 🤔
