I can’t make or receive calls on my Iphone. I can send and receive texts and can use Whatsapp. I’ve tried resetting from 5g to 4g but that didn’t work so changed it back to 5g. Help!!

I tried my sim in another phone and it worked OK.
I then returned it to my own phone and it’s worked OK since then.
Hi I had similar problem few days ago. So I went to iMessage in settings and toggled it on and off then switched phone off and back on and it worked.

My iPhone is on latest update, is on 4g, have re set, done airplane mode on and off too but still can’t make or receive calls. What is the problem? It is extremely inconvenient
