I cant Access my account

I am unable to access my account and view my bills when I put in my phone number email and date of birth it says the details do not match my account, I need to access my bills so that I can invoice my clients this is very frustrating I have always accessed before

@MavisHarrison  Afternoon one of the methods is to log into you account and access the live chat. This will enable you to speak to an agent of IDMobile. Once in the Live Chat in the message box type in "Speak to a person or Speak to someone" An agent will get back to you therefore you can explain your problem.
