I cant make calls but can receive them.

Weirdly I can’t make any calls with my new id sim but can receive them. I get 4G, so not a 3G problem. Can anyone help me out please?

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with making calls. 

 

Can you please confirm what handset you are using? You may need to adjust your settings to enable VoLTE calling so we would recommend taking a look here. 

Also, could you please let us know if you have tried a network reset on the device?
