I got new contract and the sim is not activate

So @Sem a replacement SIM is not active.

You need to contact iD to active your replacement SIM.

How they told me to online chat to solved the problem and you are telling me to call who is exactly I have to ask

The problem is I need to activate my sim it is been more than one month and they took money for what  I am not using contract

Okay @Sem, the terms & conditions you agreed to when you joined iD states, you’ll be charged airtime from date of dispatch of your order.

Any replacement SIM you received from iD has to be activated before you can use it.

Hi @Sem 

 

The iD Mobile SIM card originally received for a contract should be active once it’s sent out by our warehouse team.

 

If you’ve had a replacement SIM it’ll need activating separately, either through the iD Mobile app or by getting in touch.

 

Please let us know if you still need help with this, we can reach out and assist in activating.
