I have been trying to transfer my number using pac to my new phone but it has not been working.

I recently purchased a new phone through ID and am now using an ID sim. I have been trying to transfer my old number to this phone using PAC and all the details it requests including my old number, new number and transaction number, yet nothing has worked. I have tried doing this once a week and it has now been a month. Any advice would be extremely useful.

I've just joined ID today.i have a PAC code from Virgin but it wont accept it on here.

How do I contact anyone.i hate not been able to speak to someone for help 😡
