I have no idea what is going on. I bought a SIM only deal via Carphone Warehouse and the only reason I did was I was to get a £75 Currys voucher. I've heard nothing. I also never received any emails about my contract, introduction emails etc like you'd normally do when ordering a new SIM contract.  Only a text from CPW stating SIM is on it way. I rang and they said they can't see one? I'm confused, upset and angry I need to find out what's going on where is my Gift card. The advisor tried to send me the emails you should get automatically upon purchasing a contract as I didn't receive anything and they never arrived, I checked every nook and ctannie, spam, etc. I'm confused and I don't know what to do because I've been misold then and I've been with you guys since Dec, Jan bill is due on 4th and I've cancelled DD and will pay with card once I know and have those emails too please and that my Gift card has been sent?

Thanks for your message. Because your SIM contract was ordered through Carphone Warehouse / Currys, you’ll need to contact their customer service team so they can investigate the status of your order, send any missing contract or welcome emails, and confirm your £75 Currys gift card.
