I ordered a new iPhone 17 pro max but I ordered the wrong colour.

The good news is that an exchange can be arranged, as long as your order has been accepted and you’re still within the 14-day cooling-off period, if it has not yet been processed, we can just cancel and you can place a new order.

It’s been more than 14 days since I got it on 17th of March. Is there any way I can exchange it for a different colour?
