I am not able to receive any passcodes to sign in to anything such as my bank etc. I have tried restarting my phone. Have had my new sim a week now.

What phone do you have?

For iPhone:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  4. Tap Reset.
  5. Select Reset Network Settings.
  6. Enter your passcode, then tap Reset Network Settings

 

If you have a different phone make/model then let us know so we can advise you further.
