ID Chat not working - just need to speak to customer services.

I can’t use the online chat - it says “not delivered”. I’ve changed browser to chrome and am getting very frustrated that there is no way of speaking to customer services

iD is an online business. You can try socials or a different browser. Just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Thanks  - tried two different browsers and in the end FB messenger

Have you tried different browsers and also different device(s)?

 

Have you also tried incognito mode?

 

I have just checked the live-chat now and everything is working as it should.
