The phone or sim Id bought from Eid Mobile was stolen.Now what do I do

Thank you for getting in touch. 

 

We are very sorry to hear your handset/SIM has been stolen. 

The first thing we would recommend doing is to report the SIM lost/stolen to prevent it being used. 

 

  1. Log in to My Account online (or the iD Mobile app if available).
  2. Go to My services and then Lost or Stolen.
  3. Tap Prevent your phone or SIM from being used and then Block SIM.
  4. Click Confirm.
  5. If you want to blacklist your phone, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
