Thank you for getting in touch.
We are very sorry to hear your handset/SIM has been stolen.
The first thing we would recommend doing is to report the SIM lost/stolen to prevent it being used.
- Log in to My Account online (or the iD Mobile app if available).
- Go to My services and then Lost or Stolen.
- Tap Prevent your phone or SIM from being used and then Block SIM.
- Click Confirm.
- If you want to blacklist your phone, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
