ID mobile add -on data UK

Yesterday I purchased 1GB add on data- but I am still not able to use internet outside of wifi- can anyone help please? I've no idea how to get this working as I thought it would only take a few minutes. Thanks

Does it shows that the 1GB add-on is active on your account?

 

Is it possible you’ve used the 1GB already? I ask as it’s very easy to use up 1GB data quickly.
