ID Mobile contract ended

Dear ID Mobile,

I want to stop the service provided so I can move to another provider because my contract has ended yesterday 26/07/26.

i have got my PAC number so I don’t want to pay any more payments of £33.12.

can this payment stop since is asking me it will continue and it say my next payment is on 10/08/26?

please do that before 10/08/26, thank you.

    Thank you for the message. Kindly be advised that you'll need to use the PAC code to close the account in order to stop the monthly payments from coming out. Payments won't stop until the account is closed, and once it's closed, you'll receive a final bill, which will show either a balance owed, a credit due to you, or nothing to pay.
